Brooks Raiford
President & CEO

Brooks Raiford serves as President & CEO of NCTA. He is a North Carolina native with a passion for improving the quality of life in his home state, and has an extensive background in government relations, business development and operational management. Brooks brings more than 15 years of experience with advocacy and policy issues, and has hands-on experience with operating both advocacy and philanthropic organizations.

Misti Hennessee
Office Administrator

Misti Hennessee serves as Office Administrator for NCTA. In her role, she assists Brooks Raiford with the Board of Directors, Executive Board, and works on the Government Affairs Council and the Government Vendor Council. As administrator for the office, she handles accounting and day to day operations.

Michelle Calton
Vice President of Membership

Michelle Calton serves as NCTA's Vice President of Membership, responsible for the retention and growth of the NCTA membership. Michelle works to strengthen existing and develop new member benefits and services to return value to more than 400 corporate members and their employees.

Marc Montoro
Director of Programs & Communications

Marc Montoro serves as NCTA's Director of Programs & Communications, with responsibility for NCTA's "Emerging Technologies & Trends" briefing series, CIO Connection series, and WISE Council, along with signature events.  Additionally, Marc serves as NCTA's primary Communications manager, with responsibility for press relations, social media efforts and NCTA's website.

Rachel Kennedy
Programs Manager

Rachel Kennedy serves as NCTA's Programs Manager, responsible for the coordination and execution of events and programs. Rachel will deliver sponsorship value and drive event and program involvement.

Kay Read
Membership Development Director - Charlotte Region

Kay Read has joined the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA) as a Membership Development Director for the Charlotte Region.
