What: North Carolina is becoming a national leader in the creation of green companies and a green workforce. NCTA engages its member companies to develop a corporate strategy around environmental stewardship, promote green best practices, and endorse policies that create incentives and funding for green technology companies.
When: The Green Tech Network meets twice a year to discuss relevant issues, such as the benefits of refurbished equipment, NC's smart grid cluster, the electric car initiative, the corporate environmental stewardship, clean tech and more.
Our second meeting of the year, in Charlotte, is tentatively scheduled for September 26.
