Making decisions in times of uncertainty is challenging. You'll see how making decisions in a sequence or simultaneously can impact your outcome. Using data and models, you'll evaluate a sequential decision process that allows uncertainties to unfold along the way. In addition, you'll learn concepts such as option value, the value of information, and what data to collect and analyze. Ultimately you'll become more confident in your decisions, regardless of their size or impact.
