Tournament Cancellation Policy: If the Grandover makes the decision to cancel the golf tournament due to weather or other events, player will receive a refund of green fees based on the course policy in place at that time. (See below) Sponsorships are non-refundable. The remainder of the activities will take place indoors including breakfast, networking and hole sponsor exhibits, gifts and prizes, and the 19th Hole reception and luncheon.
Grandover Cancellation Policy: Inclement Weather: Should inclement weather prevail on any scheduled day of play, the golf course reserves the right to either open or close the course based upon the condition of the course. If the course is determined to be “open”, groups will be charged accordingly. If the course is determined to be “closed”, a charge will not apply, except in the case of “Discontinued Play.” Discontinued Play: If the golf course is “open” and is later “closed” due to inclement weather, credit on fees will be granted as follows: Less than four holes played: Full eighteen- hole green fees credit. Less than thirteen holes played: Nine- hole green fees credit.
