NCTA CHARLOTTE WISE MENTORING

In response to the decline of graduates in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) across the nation, Charlotte WISE provides outreach into our communities to stimulate new and continued interest in these very important areas.  Our programs emphasize STEM and business-related topics and target middle school and high school girls, as well as women with established careers in technology.  We hope that our networking opportunities, career fairs, scholarship program and community initiatives will encourage increased involvement by women in the information science and engineering workforce.
