The recent changes in our economy have forced leaders to adapt the way that they do business.  As we emerge from these difficult times, we must think more creatively and utilize technology to expand our companies.  NCTA’s Thriving in the New Economy Conference will explore ‘how technology drives business and people drive technology,’ and whether North Carolina has the workforce resources to grow.

We have assembled a line-up of technology executives from various industries to share what emerging technologies will impact business and government.  In addition, we will evaluate our workforce preparedness programs that are ready to fuel identified industries.  Are we taking the proper steps to encourage STEM careers and mentor those who are already there?  Finally, we will look at the financial side of technology and how the CIO of the Dallas Cowboys has positioned technology as a revenue enhancer and business driver.
