* Federal legislation requires NCTA to notify you in regard to the non-deductable percent of dues paid applied toward lobbying expenses. Our 2010 estimate indicates less than 9% of your dues are non-deductable for tax purposes.

• Technology Member-- Any business engaged in the provision of technology products, systems or services. Technology creation or the provision of a technology or service must be the core business.
