Member Appreciation

What: Member Appreciation BBQ & Game Night with the Canes, hosted by the NCTA Board of Directors. 

The Hurricanes and NCTA hosted a Member Appreciation BBQ on Thursday, March 21st.  Close to 150 members and their guests enjoyed a pre-game BBQ dinner with plenty of networking time along with a lower level ticket to the Canes game.

Agenda for the evening was:

5:00 pm – Reception Registration & BBQ Dinner (with chicken & pork BBQ, all the fixings, tea, lemonade, water & beer)

6:30 pm – Begin heading into the game (doors to the arena opened at 6:00)

6:45 pm – Reception ENDS

7:00 pm – Game Time/Puck Drops

OTHER NOTES FOR THE EVENING

Game Tickets:
Your tickets can be claimed at the registration table at the BBQ.  If you registered together, you will be seated together.  At 6:45 pm, any unclaimed tickets will be sent to WILL CALL under your individual guest name – we cannot send them to Will Call under a corporate name.  If you arrive after 6:45, please do not come to the tent. Go straight to WILL CALL to claim your tickets.  ID will be required to pick up any tickets at WILL CALL - that is why a guest name is required.

Parking: 
Lots will open just before 5:00. PLEASE NOTE -  you do have to pay for parking at PNC Arena.  Rates start at $10 and CASH is required.

Fine Print: All registrations to NCTA events are final and non-refundable.  Refunds will only be offered if the event is cancelled.  Registrations are transferrable to another qualified guest.  Please contact NCTA at 919.856.0393 to request such a transfer.
