Claire directs social media strategy, globally.  Her responsibilities include creation and management of social channel strategy (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), governance and risk management as well as creation and roll-out of employee training and education related to use of social media.  She is also responsible for protecting and enhancing Quintiles' reputation by guiding a cross functional team.  As the company's social media evangelist, both internally and externally, Clair is focused on maturing the social media program from message amplification to engagement.

Gavin uses the skills that he developed as a writer/journalist to share Lenovo’s stories across a number of new media platforms.  He moderates, maintains and creates content for Lenovo’s official Facebook page and cascades general narrative essence to 40 or so WW contracts.  Gavin works with Lenovo’s twitter, Flickr, and occasionally edits a dozen or so bloggers for Lenovo Blogs and contributes to the social media blog.

Meg is the Social Media and Digital Marketing Strategist at SAS, her focus targets innovations in digital marketing.  She develops and implements strategic and creative interactive marketing campaigns with the objective of reaching a global social audience.  This involves multi-tiered campaign teams integrating ongoing consumer research, interactive and social media marketing, multichannel planning, mobile, and customer relationship management.
